Pindu Labs LLC operates pindulabs.com. This notice covers the website. Pindu for Anki has a separate Add-On privacy notice, and Pindu Reader is covered by the Pindu Reader privacy policy.
What we collect
Website delivery. Cloudflare processes ordinary request information, such as your IP address, browser, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the site.
Analytics. Google Analytics records page views, referrers, approximate location, browser and device information, and related identifiers. We use the resulting reports to understand how visitors find and use the site.
Email updates. If you join the Pindu for Anki email list, Resend delivers a signup notification containing your email address to Pindu Labs. We keep that record so we can send the updates you requested.
Correspondence. If you write to us, we retain the message and your address so we can reply and follow up.
How we use and share information
We use this information to operate, secure, measure, and improve the site; send requested updates; respond to messages; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information with Cloudflare, Google, and Resend only as needed for those purposes, and otherwise only when required by law or as part of a business transfer.
Retention
Signup records are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Correspondence is retained as needed to respond and maintain our records. Hosting and analytics information is retained according to our operational settings and the providers' applicable retention periods.
Your choices
You can block analytics through your browser settings or a tracker blocker. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe mechanism. To ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email us at the address below.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
